From Nov 8 to 11th, PHILCONSTRUCT, 29th Philippine international construction equipment, building materials, interior & exterior products exhibition and technology forum, the Philippine’s No.1 building & construction show, was held in SMX and WTC Metro Manila.
Our company attended this great expo as an exhibitor. Our booth no. is WT191. Philippines is our very important market-developing country. Several years before, we have provided a lot of our geosynthetics, especially HDPE geomembrane, to our clients in Philippines. Our supplied materials perform a very critical environmental and engineering role in their projects such as slag waste containment, thermal powerplant ash containment, aquaculture farming pond water containment and other engineering structures.
Due to the industry development and overpopulation, Philippines is facing many environmental issues which include water pollution, air pollution, landslides, coastal erosion, waste disposal, natural resources depletion, etc. And their government has emphasized the great importance of tackling the environment issues as well as sustaining development and growth.
On Nov 9 2018, Philippines national TV people, Mrs. Rose, brought by our good partner Modern Piping, came to our booth to make a news broadcasting. Mr. Lino S. Diamante, the founder of Modern Piping, and our export sales manager, Mrs. Raying Xie, showed our views and careness on the national environmental issues in Philippines. His company can provide a lot of piping system in many environmental projects. Meanwhile our geosynthetics can provide a lot of functions in the environmental projects, including containment (isolating and liquid or vapor barrier), separation, drainage, reinforcement and filtration.
Our company showed and explained our product series, installation service range and our ideas to more than 500 visitors to our booth. Considerable quantity of the visitors knows our product and said that they have great need for them in the construction and building in Philippines. Also a great of visitors showed many interests on our products. Finally, our expo was successfully finished.
