Plastic Flat Geonet Introduction
Plastic flat geonet is a flat netting structure product made of HDPE polymer resin or other polymer resin and other additives including anti-UV agent. The net structure can be square, hexagonal and diamond.
For foundation reinforcement, granular material can be locked with the plastic geonet structures then it can create stable planar to avoid the sinking of granular material and to distress the vertical loading. In adverse geographical conditions, several layers of flat geonets can be used.
For pavement reinforcement, pavement material and plastic geonets can be mixed together well. It can effectively disperse and transmit the loading to avoid the roads crack. At the meantime, plastic flat geonet application can reduce the pavement material usage quantity, which can directly save the material and installation costs.
For slope and embankment protection, plastic flat geonets can be made into gabion which can avoid collapse, landslip, soil erosion, etc. Meanwhile, the geonets are very flexible, permeable, corrosion resistant and good absorbing ability of wave shocks.
The plastic flat geonet has three main types including CE121, CE131 and CE151. The ordinary color is black color and green color, white color or other color can be made as request.
Its performance can meet or exceed our national standard GB/T 1947-2004.
