HDPE Geomembrane Textured Introduction
Yingfan HDPE textured geomembranes are available with either single- or double-sided textured surface which exhibit superior shear strength and the high multi-axial performance. The textured surface processing is the only one that produces a textured material without significant reduction of any physical properties. The product allows project for greater slopes to be designed since frictional characteristics are enhanced. Compared with smooth HDPE geomembranes, they have better friction features.
The manufacturing of HDPE geomembrane textured contains approximately 97.5% polyethylene, 2.5% carbon black and trace amounts of anti-oxidants and heat stabilizers, no other additives, fillers or extenders are used. The textured surface is processed by spraying system.
