Plastic Welding Vacuum Tester Introduction
The plastic welding vacuum tester is mainly used to test the welding quality, welding effect and accurate positioning of leaking points on the parts where inflation testing cannot work or welding rods have been applied to repair shortage and leakage at planar construction sites.
Our tester is designed as international or national standard, which is small body and strong negative pressure. The vacuum part is of blow molding acrylic. The whole vacuum is clean and strong resistant, connected with special strip seal. It is used in disposal landfill project and roof waterproofing check.
Working principle: Start vacuum pump and vacuumlike the hood, then close the valve. After some minutes, if the pointer doesn’t move that means the pressure don’t change and leak.
